Chew magazine loves: Kirk Originals Flagship Store

The design of Kirk Originals’ flagship store, by London-based design studio Campaign, is utter eye candy. Based in London’s Conduit Street, this little store has no problem giving new meaning to shopping with your eyes. Instillation art – hand-crafted glasses – adorn the walls and giant eyes wink at passers-by in the display window of an intimately black interior, resembling a contemporary art gallery rather than traditional optical destinations. The space is incredibly interactive; the displays can be altered and changed to suit the mood of each day. Enter the basement and you can have your eyes tested and your frame fitted. This spectacle breaths new life into the optical retail space, a trend surely to be followed by others… Kirk Originals launched last week with an uber trendy party
