'Spotlight On' Feature: Matteo ZanattaMatteo Zanatta, aka Fure Boccamara, is an Italian rapper, visual artist and creative mind who started being “weird” at an early age. In 1996 he stepped into the hip-hop scene: a cultural movement in which he finds a point of reference that helps him focus and fine-tune his techniques. This helps him to express his talent and to channel his anger in an intelligent and constructive way, without forgetting his values. Fure understands the importance of having an original style, of keeping his head up despite his humble origins and exploiting the available media to create something remarkable. A former graffiti artist, his passion now is to rap, design and produce great works of art like posters, wallpapers, toys and T-shirts. He also boasts a self-produced magazine, ShittySheep, featuring Italian underground art and culture.

Getting To Know Fure

FAV Toy?

I love toys! All! Especially those of the ’70s, ’80s and ’90s. Masters Of The Universe, Transformers, Mazinga, Jeeg, Daltanius, Voltron, Mask, GI Joe, Robotech, Teenage Mutant Ninja Starcom, Boglins, etc… etc…  It’s difficult to choose just one toy, but one of my favourites is Scorponok, the Headmaster Decepticon Base in the ’87 Transformers G1 series.

FAV pair of shoes?

I am an Air Jordan maniac! But an old pair of shoes with a place in my heart is the Nike Zoom Lebron 2 (red, black and white). I loved those shoes, from the packaging to the laces!

FAV Item of clothing?

Streetwear! Among my favourite brands are: Mishka, Addict, Carhartt, Nike Jordan, LRG, Crooks & Castle, Supreme Being, Zoo York, New Era, Lazy Oaf, Bape, Rebel 8, Too Black Guys, Vintage Starter and Fila … Right now I’m loving my Air Jordan Retro VI Jagged Edge Reversible Jacket. ❤ Have a look at Fure’s work
